This is the 2nd year I've bought these boots for my two kids. In the Northwest, they work well from Fall through Spring. My kids even wear them in the Summer rain! They pull on easily, and stay warm and dry. A great boot for the money.
We have had a very wet winter and these boots keep my kids' feet warm and dry. they seem comfortable and are easy on/off. it looks like they will be good for the rainy spring too.
My 4 year old daughter refused to wear any of the boots I bought her last year crying and complaining that they were much too tight and confining around her ankle and calf (even though her feet/ankles are totally average sized). But she is very happy with these. They are completely waterproof and very warm and the tie at the top effectively keeps out the snow. When I saw these online, I had a hunch they might work for her and I'm so relieved they did. I'm buying the next size up for next year.
